Hi there! I’m Nova, the founder of Bali Bath Store. Growing up in a small village in Jambi, Sumatra, I was always surrounded by Indonesia’s rich culture and traditions. My career took me across various regions, exposing me to diverse experiences, but it was Bali that truly captured my heart.

In 2020, amidst the global pandemic, my husband and I faced challenges in planning our honeymoon. We yearned for the serenity of a Balinese spa experience but found it difficult to source suitable bath packages for couples. This challenge sparked an idea: to recreate the Balinese spa ambiance at home. Thus, Bali Bath Store was conceived—a venture aimed at bringing the essence of Bali’s spa culture into households worldwide.​

Starting as an online shop on Tokopedia and Shopee, Bali Bath Store emerged during a time when self-care became paramount. Recognizing the surge in demand for relaxation products, we also became aware of the talented artisans in Bali—housewives and young creatives crafting incense and organic soaps from their homes. Collaborating with these individuals, Bali Bath Store transformed into a community-driven platform, showcasing the passion and craftsmanship of local artisans.​

Our mission is to demonstrate that Indonesian-made products can rival international standards, offering luxurious experiences without the need for imports. We aim to make the Balinese spa experience accessible and affordable, allowing individuals to indulge in it from the comfort of their homes.​
